BPM for Agile Development
Sunday, December 11th 2005 | Ismael Ghalimi
Intalio just completed the first training for Intalio|BPMS 4.0. During lunch with the trainees at Mistral, one of the best restaurants in Redwood City, guests exchanged ideas on how to use the BPM approach and BPM tools to implement the agile approaches articulated in the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. Interestingly, most of the principles outlined in the manifesto could be considered as best practices for BPM projects as well. Is it time yet for a BPM Manifesto?
