Ryan,

As far as I can tell, it was a scheduled maintenance.

Zoho CRM is nice, but as you said, not a replacement for Salesforce.com.

Ismael,

Just a side note.

Today, Saturday August 5, at around 1:00 PM PST, I tried to log into my Salesforce.com account, and for over 1 hour, I kept getting the following error message:

"The salesforce.com servers are temporarily unable to respond to your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience, and please try again in a few moments."

I have a free account, so I guess I can’t be too vocal about it, but it did keep me out of critical contact data I needed, and if I was a paying Enterprise customer, I would have been very upset. Not that I was very happy!

Is this something you experienced at all? I know Zoho CRM is available, and while not having the sophistication of Salesforce.com, I know their servers have a very good uptime.

Penny for your thoughts!
