The usual PR driven response is: read what Gartner says, read our brochure, look at our customer list. My response: What part of speaking with your customers don't you get here? And then they get pissed when I'm negative about them. Excuse me for having an opinion that's not driven by corporate PR, but if you don't give me the customer, do you honestly think I'm going to believe a single word you say? What fricking tree do you think I, or my readers, or your potential customers fell from? Rant over. His answer was, "hem, ahhh, ahhh... we are not usually contrained... hem, ahhh... we also advise..."
