You're not missing anything. For the more complex scenarios, Intalio combined with Alfresco or Liferay would be the best solution. But for simpler ones, like the scenario described in my post, Koral's ease of use would be hard to beat.

		<description>Assuming the upcoming respective API's are available, why wouldn't one use Intalio's solution (workflow+orchestration) for this? I would think it would provide far more flexibility and granularity... Or maybe I'm missing something.</description>
