		<description>I like the idea of incorporating more user-generated content into the Office 2.0 database. At risk of sounding like a populist it might be nice if people could mark tools as "I use this!" or something of the sort and build up a personal profile of the tools they use.  So you might gain insight into popular tools, but I think more importantly you would be able to find a tool you like and navigate via profiles to discover other tools used by people who like the tools you like.  Not quite a recommendation engine, just a social graphing tool.</description>
