Monolab|Incubator

The Monolab|Incubator is an open workspace located in downtown Palo Alto, CA. It is designed for early-stage companies working in the Office 2.0/Web 2.0 and green-tech industries, foreign companies interested to develop their business in the United States, and independent contractors offering professional services that can be useful to entrepreneurs (accountants, lawyers, designers, etc.).

The Monolab|Incubator offers all-inclusive packages starting at $1,500/month, without any setup fees nor long-term commitments. It provides a range of tools and services that would be out of reach for most startup companies, at a fraction of the cost of setting up a dedicated office in a comparable location. It is designed to accommodate the needs of teams ranging from one to four people.

The Monolab|Incubator can also serve as virtual incubator sponsored by venture capital firms looking for cost-effective ways to engage with early-stage companies. VC firms can subscribe to one or more virtual seats allowing sponsors to invite anyone they want in any workspace, for any period of time, one guest at a time. Virtual seats give guests access to all the services offered by the workspace, including free access to meeting rooms and top-of-the-line videoconferencing equipment.

Beyond offering an attractive platform for startups to get created and launched, the Monolab|Incubator is a live experiment aimed at discovering how small to mid-size businesses can best take advantage of new technologies, services, and processes. In and by itself, the Monolab|Incubator is designed to serve as laboratory and showroom for the most innovative computing hardware, the most effective online tools, and the most game-changing outsourcing services.
